Can you please provide the waste measurement? Does the fabric stretch?

@wmayea @wmayea Hello, the fabric does not stretch. The skirt part of the dress is fully lined and imo, the dress is gorgeous. I looked at the online measurements and it says that the dress is 13.5 flat waist but when I measured, I measured 14 inches flat. It also has a tie at the waist for adjustments.
