elisabethrose33 @jan_mooney Hello Jan, it is not another layer but rather a panel of bright pink that peeks out on the sides of the dress 💗 I will see if I can find more photos of the original design. I have the dress wrapped up in a garment bag so if needs be I can take it out to photograph as well.
