FARM Rio Midnight Leaves Dress

I totally forgot about this beauty! Eye-catching dress with puff sleeves. Features a mix of pink, green, and black patterns. 100% cotton! It is smocked at the hip level providing good stretch for the area. The total length when lying flat is longer due the smocked fabric at the hip level. However, it looks like 33 inches when I wear it. I am 5’3”. Dress is new with tags. I am selling it since I believe it is not age appropriate for me anymore. I am aware that Farm Rio sizing can be off. This dress fits properly a sizes 4 and 6.
