Fabric is cotton, skirt has lining and pockets, colorful smocking, and beading details at the wrists. You can also wear it off-shoulder! Size medium and very forgiving, probably best fits sizes US6-US8. Only wore once to an event. Love it, but am trying to be a minimalist capsule wardrobe girlie again lol.
