"Touch of Elegance" set (demi-parure) from iconic mid-century costume jewelry maker Sarah Coventry, with the original brooch box. Avocado rhinestones and green oval prong-set faceted stones crowned with filigree caps, resemble acorns. This is a lovely gift set for a vintage costume jewelry lover, especially the Sarah Coventry collector. Timely fall colors. Beautiful quality craftsmanship that was made to last and was made in the U.S.A. Earrings and brooch are signed 'SARAHCOV'; early 1970s. Jewelry is in excellent condition, no loss of goldtone on the pieces, or scratches on the stones. All clasps and hinges are fully functional. The box is original to the brooch and is in good vintage condition, some wear on edges and a small crease on the top left corner. The black card the brooch rests in has some wear (see pics).
