FABRIC Vintage "Oh, You Beautiful Doll" - Amos and Spot cut and sew fabric panel

Fabric By the Panel 1 panel Cranston VIP Oh, You Beautiful Doll -- Amos and Spot Make an adorable little boy and his fairtlhful puppy with this vintage fabric panel with strong, detailed graphic. Instructions printed right on the panel. For reasons beyond my understanding, my SIL ( who I sew with) cut off the Cranston Print Works for VIP lable line off the panel. See picture. I doesn't interfere with anything, it's just weird. The frayed cut edges of the panel just graze the dotted cut lines, with 5/8 inch of seam allowance it doesn't interfere with anything, but I would be remiss not to mention it.
