Beautiful floral print drawstring closure bag from my husband's great grandmother in the 1920s, possibly earlier. Hand stitched. Could hold anything. Drawstring closure. Bottom shows pre-fading original fabric color, a brighter green. A rare and special find. Now a soft faded olive green with faint floral and peacocks in cream. A wonderful addition to anyone who collects rare vintage and antique soft goods. Made of cotton, this bag would be great for travel or a top bureau drawer to hold jewelry, trinkets, letters, photos, truly organizing whatever whatnots. 13.5" x 18" when laying flat.
