F.A. Herman Vintage Windmill and Sailboat Sterling and Enamel Brooch Signed

Beautiful antique F.A. Herman (H in a triangle) Windmill and Sailboat Sterling and Enamel Brooch. This brooch is in really great pre-owned condition for it's age. This is a cobalt blue and white enamel pin on sterling. The design is a sailboat and windmill against the horizon line with birds in the sky. C clasp.
