F21 Spring Flounce Dress

Beautiful and flirty mini dress from Forever 21. Gorgeous floral print with a bohemian vibe. It’s a strapless dress with wing sleeves and a halter tie at the neck that can also be tied as a bow and a hidden zipper up the back. Flounce ruffle at the bottom 22” long, 13” at bust with elastic for some give. Worn and washed once, like new condition! The style feels a little young for me so hoping someone else can enjoy!
