F21 Puff Sleeve Top

NWT. A woven top featuring a square neckline with front self-tie bow accent, short puff sleeves with elasticized ruffle cuffs and shirred shoulders, square back with smocked panel, shirred detail at the bust, and cropped silhouette. (Item runs 1/2 size big, please size down.) Sizes small but honestly too big for me and would recommend a medium.
