Forever 21 gray knit skirt and top sweater set. Skirt is pull on and midi length. Top is pullover and waist length. Fabric is surprisingly thick compared to other forever 21 sweater sets. Skirt waist measures 13 inches across laying flat. Stretches to 14 inches. Skirt length is 31 inches. In very good used condition.
