F21, Floral Necktie Ruffled Sleeves Small

I love this shirt!  Such a pretty floral, flowy material blouse.  As you will see from the photo the colors are blues, oranges, beige's, etc. and it is in such a pretty floral pattern.  The neck has a tie collar which you can wear open or tied up.  The top of the sleeves have a pretty feminine ruffle.  At the bottom of the shirt there is elastic.  Great shirt for the summer!
