Very flattering, high-waist, short circle skirt EXCELLENT condition Black and gray rose / floral pattern Multiple layers of lining, including tulle to give volume Box pleated Fit and flare Side zipper Loop in the back for a sash or belt (I never used one— just wore the skirt without) Top layer is 97% cotton, 5% spandex IMO, a great day-to-night, versatile piece!
