Ezra Brooks Liberty Bell Decanter

1969 Ezra Brooks Liberty Bell decanter made of Genuine Heritage China. Stands about 8.5" tall with a 4.75" wide base. No noticed cracks or chips but there is a bit of tiny splattered white paint (shown in photos.) The bottle is empty with a vintage US Internal Revenue sticker across the top. The cork is broken in half, half in the lid and half in the bottle. Color is a shiny dark copper with brown.
