Instructions can be found on You tube or other sites that sell these items. Application is very easy. Instructions: 1) cut out a set of brow tattoos. 2) peel off the transparent overlay. 3) place on brow bone. They will stick a little bit already. Be sure of the final position. 4) use a wet blender sponge or wet paper towel to rub over the tattoo for about 10-20 seconds. Wet fingers will work just fine too. 5) peel or slide off the white paper. They will have a little shine immediately after. That’s normal because it’s the transparent paper showing.
