Eye Catching Artsy + Funky dress

This unique, one of a kind dress was purchased directly from the designer's shop in St. Maarten. 100% Cotton. Form fitting with the exception of this **weird** extension of fabric on one side...kinda looks like a pocket but it's not. Artistic license I guess. Tried to show it in one of the pics. The dress is truly gorgeous with vibrant color and cut outs on the top and bottom
