Extremely unique Mexico Art Decor Key Holder - Heavy Metal & Ceramic Crafted

This is a very unique piece I’ve come across. It’s crafted of a heavy metal frame work with 2 small hooks off the front possibly to hang keys on. The center Art work appears to be of a ceramic or Clay material with the word Mexico on it. It all appears to have been hand painted as well. It is a used item and I’ve not attempted to clean it up at all. The metal welded frame work can easily be lightly sanded and repainted if someone wanted a new look to this most unique piece or art.
