roseybelle2@jvanoss82 here are the pics. It almost looks like something was set on it doesn't it? I'm going to open a case with USPS and see if I can open a claim. They usually insure all packages for up to $50 so I will see Posh has on it and let you know!

jvanoss82@roseybelle2 absolutely agree - those would have definitely showed up in the pictures I posted and I would have never sold something with that obvious damage without disclosing it! Please keep me updated and let me know what I can do to help - I'm so sorry for the inconvenience you're having to go through, and again, if there's anything further I can do while you're waiting, please let me know!

roseybelle2@jvanoss82 that's what I thought too. And the fact that it's pristine on the interior and not the exterior? Just weird! I certainly will. Thank you for your cooperation and concern with this :)

jvanoss82@roseybelle2 absolutely. Anything further from USPS?

roseybelle2@jvanoss82 I am working on submitting the claim. I am talking to Posh about what kind of insurance they have. It’s a little weird since we don’t purchase the shipping ourselves. But I plan to send pics and everything in today and let them review it

jvanoss82@roseybelle2 ok, thanks! The earnings were released today, which I found odd given the current situation and wasn't sure if there had been a quick resolution I was unaware of. If there's anything needed on my end, let me know - thanks for your patience on this!
