@josieboop if the package weighs over 5 lbs then the buyer would pay for overage...

@josieboop the seller should ask the buyer to buy another shipping label so that the overage can be split into 2 boxes... I will usually send a message to buyer if package goes over 5 lbs and ask them to buy another shipping label.
