queengamez21 @joy_lowry the extra label is an decision on the sellers. for example, say you sell something that over 5 pounds. it's up to you to have the buyer pay for the extra shipping label or you as the seller can cover the extra label by upgrading the label. not sure if this makes some sense. but it's all up on the seller... hope this helps.
