This listing is for a gorgeous vintage Limoges porcelain jewelry box, made by T&V (Tressemanes & Vogt) in Limoges, France. Limoges boxes are trinket boxes made of hard-paste porcelain, and they have been produced in the Limoges region since the late 18th century. The box in the image features a round shape, with a white-colored base and ornate decorations in gold and silver. The design includes floral and foliage motifs, typical of the Art Nouveau or early Art Deco periods. The "T&V" mark is present on the underside of the box, indicating its maker and origin.
