Exquisite Sterling Silver Puffed Pave with Filigree Heart Pendant with Chain

This is such a pretty take on a classic shape. The slightly puffed Heart is Pave set with Diamond Simulant Cubic Zirconia with a Filigree overlay with Bezel Set stones. Very dramatic and sophisticated and good sized at 1 1/2" tall by 1 1/2" wide, so I paired it with a very nice Sterling Silver 1mm Italian Box Link by 20" This Pendant is brand new, however the Italian Chain is pre-owned but barely worn.
