Beautiful color! Tag is cut out. Assuming it’s polyester and spandex due to the stretch. Elastic around bottom. Straps with peep and clasp in back. Armpit to armpit is 19” top to bottom length is 26.5” from top of strap on shoulder to elastic bottom. Very elegant! Could be dressed up or worn casual with denim or a skirt or shorts. LOVE IT!
