Express wool skirt

Has pleats at the bottom in from and back, adds dimension when wearing it but heard to see here. (No oldest at the waist so still very slim look at waist). Black lace detail with sequin at the hem. There is striped areas in the lining that came in contact with bleach but the entire outer shell of the skirt is unaffected and looks so pretty. Textured wool.
