Express women's romper with top designed and black shorts nwt

Express women's romper with off-white and black design on top (could beige or cream color not sure) but it is the darker color in the pictures. It has the black shorts on the bottom with a back zipper which I am begining to show the zipper open and closed from now on because I almost bought another brand new item the other day and the zipper wouldn't work. It's always frustrating to not think to check the zippers. This has long sleeves with a 2 button cuff and it has the long ties which can hang down like in the front picture of be tied as desired.
