Express white skirt

Not quite a pencil skirt, because it doesn’t narrow at the bottom. Double side slit. Side zip & hook closure. EUC. Measurements are approximate. I recommend consulting an express sizing chart if unfamiliar with their fit. I am 5’3 and this hit above the knee without looking like a mini skirt.
