Express strapless romper

Super cute Express Brand romper. Bright green (think safety green) in color with pink and blue flowers. Attached belt sash. Had 2 hanger holders, completely strapless otherwise. Has clear gel no slip grip at the top portion to stay on the chest that wrap around. Size 16. Purchased in 2018, worn twice. Don’t like my price? Feel free to make me a reasonable offer :)
