Express silky green mini dress with front twist

Beautiful green mini dress. It is very flattering, especially because of the front twist on the dress. I bought it a while back, because I loved the color and the fit. But I never ended up wearing it, and now that I’ve lost weight it’s too big on me. The tags are still on it!
