Express red distressed jeans size 2 short

Brand new without tags distressed red jeans. Love these but they just don’t fit me right and I never got to return in time allowed. No flaws, perfect new condition. They are the short length which I believe is a 28 inch inseam. Wanted them cropped. FYI the red is not quite as bright as pictured. I wasn’t able to get it exact with the lighting
