Express ostrich feather skirt with beaded waistband

Fully lined skirt with sheer overlay with ostrich feathers in 4 tiers. Beaded waistband in front. Zipper on side with 2 hook & eye fasteners. Approximately 14 3/4” from top of waist to hem, 16” across waistband —measured while laying flat as shown in photos.
