Express mini skirt

I love this vintage skirt by Express in royal blue and black, almost Hawaiian ish print. it has a nice wide waistband, and an invisible side zipper. The lining is very thin and silky, feels nice against the skin. The outer shell is 99% cotton and 1% spandex. Adorable like New!!..size 8… measurements are approximately lying flat waist 16" length 14"
