Long floral print orange dress by Express. Spaghetti straps, adorable empire waist, side zipper, and ruffle at the bottom. Women's size 9/10. Chest 16.5" Length 46" Reposhing this item I purchased from @fesco9. Loved, but it didn't fit (only because my size is now bigger than this, it seems true to size) hoping to rotate for something bigger.
