Express light and airy dolman sleeve popover blouse

Excellent condition light Express blouse in blue and black with dolman sleeves and elastic at bottom! Tie at neck! Size XS but would fit larger! Pit to pit is way over sized because of the sleeves! Length from shoulders is approx 23.5 inches!
