Express flouncy Dress

This is a like new black and pink flowy dress from Express. There is a ribbon belt that will come with the dress. The top of the dress is layered to have a cowl neck (makes my chest look HUGE which probably isn't great for an elementary teacher- and the reason I am letting it go). There is an elastic waistband that is very stretchy. The bottom is a flowy black fabric. I'm 5'4" and the dress falls about 6" above my knee.
