Express cropped low cut blouse sz S

Express cropped low cut blouse sz S, black/white/rust colors, the bottom banding does have some elastic pull in the back. Could be worn with or without an undershirt, no closure on the front. Wore it for one date night. Size small but I’m a true medium and it fit well.
