Express button down shirt

This listing is for a super cute button down shirt from Express. Although it is a size 9/10 it runs smaller to where I would ignore the tag altogether. I'm usually a size S/M with a 26" waist & 32" hips and this fits me very comfortably. Someone a bit larger or smaller than I am would definitely be able wear it. It's in good condition other than some foundation stains around the collar that should come out with a wash. Price reflects that condition. If you have any questions feel free to ask! :)
