Express blue black sequined party dress size large going out fun sparkly

Fun lil party dress from Express. Pull-on styling. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Faux wrap V-neck with an elastic waist. The dress is lined and fully sequined. The lining is black, the sequins a blue-gray, and there are small hits of gold throughout the fabric (see closeup). Size large. I'm 5'2" and it hits right above my knees, so if you're taller, it will certainly be a minidress. Size large. Flat, it measures 18 inches pit to pit, 16 inches at the waist (without stretching it), and it's about 29 inches long (as measured from the bottom of the strap to the hem). The dress came with a belt, but it is missing; either add your own or snip off the small belt loops on either side.
