brand new with tags. This is a gorgeous pair of express brand shoes. These are high heels with a gold stiletto heel and it measures 4 1/2 inches from the top of the shoe to the floor. The gold part is about 3 1/4 inches. The front features a black sueded/velvety strap at the foot and an adjustable ankle strap. there is a fair amount of cushioning in both the bottom and the heel so they should be pretty comfortable. We thought we were buying a size 8 and we bought a size 6 and could not return them. Simply beautiful shoes.
