Express STRETCH dress in royal blue. Boning from armpits to right below bust. Neckline is higher in front and lower in back. Back zipper with additional closure at very top. Dress had option to attach straps (you can see the attaching material in pictures). I no longer have the straps that went to the dress unfortunately. One of the attachments is falling off. Can be stitched if wanted. 2 slits - one on either side, approximately 12” long. I am 5’7” and the dress falls at my calves.
