Express White Ruffle Mini Dress

Adorable cream colored ruffle sleeve dress. Could be worn for office if petite (I am 5’6 and it’s too short for my office preferences) or cute for bridal functions. Has small stain on front middle bodice, pointed out by finger in photo. Never worn, so this is from storage. Likely will come out in laundry and not noticeable when worn.
