Express Vibrant Floral Tie-Front Split Sleeve Blouse

Colors are a vibrant royal blue background with flowers in various shades of pink, yellow, and white. They have green and blue leaves. At the waist line of the shirt you’ll notice there’s an adjustable tie. You can wear it in a bow or knot or however, you prefer. I tried to capture the top with several adjustments on it so you could see how the tie works. The sleeves have sexy slits from the top to the bottom of the elastic cuffs. It’s so about midway on the sleeve and then open the rest of the way on the top and bottom sections Material is not stretchy. Bottom of the shirt ends in a large ruffle.
