This is a Y2K era Express brand cream miniskirt featuring tribal or Aztec coral and silver sequin design. The material is a cotton modal blend with a polyester lining for gentle stretch. The skirt is in excellent used condition. It is missing the inside Express and size labels. No other noted flaws and typical wear for age. Measurements are included in the photos.
