Express Top sz M

Beautiful top by Express. It is great for going out in! I wore this on a cruise, (if I find a photo of me in it, I will post to show how truly flattering and gorgeous this top is. I probably wore this 3 times total, so it's in Excellent condition. Black sz M with just the right amount of sparkle. Sequin. pretty long, but probably not long enough to double as a dress unless u are short.
