Chiffon, ruched at shoulders and tie string at drop waist. Look HOT matching this shirt with the skirt in this pic. Wear with tights and tall, black boots or booties during cold weather seasons. Or, cool the look down with a pair of caged heels when hot out. Are you all business? Throw a black blazer over this.
