Is 100 percent cotton, hand wash/line dry due to the fancy neckline, is brand new with tags, and lying flat measures approximately 18 inches armpit to armpit and 23 inches shoulder to hem. In my opinion runs a bit small for a medium so please pay attention to the measurements I listed.
