Express Teal Drapey Beaded Dress

Beautiful dress from Express is made from drapey teal colored lighter weight fabric with fluttery, flowy hemline. Plunging V-neckline decorated with sequins and beadwork. Adjustable spaghetti straps. There is a pulled thread near front seam - see last pic - that is not noticeable due to design of dress. In otherwise great condition.
