Express Summer Dress

This is a really cute dress that is flowy and sits slightly above the knee and has a knitted back. it scrunces around the waist giving it a puff look on the top and has a built in slip. looks great with a belt. chest cut is a mild low cut. looks really good with a leather jacket and booties. the print is almost a washed out tie dye look.
