Express Stripped Ruffle Dress

Blue and white striped dress is from Express. Ruffle down the front and zips up the back. Perfect for Summer cocktail parties! Only worn 2-3 times. Fits runs slightly bigger — I’m typically a size 4, but I think it’s a little on the shorter side (which is why I don’t wear it more often). I’m 5’7” for reference.
