Express Strapless Silky Red Dress Sz 4 Holiday

Express red ruffled strapless short dress, with a black belt. Size 4, length is roughly 27 inches from top to bottom. Excellent condition, worn once, dry cleaned. There is a tiny black dot on the very top, right where the armpit is (see third picture) - came like that from the manufacturer but it's almost invisible! This is perfect for a cocktail night out, or for your holiday party!
