Express Strapless Black Dress with Red and White Floral Design

Chic strapless dress by Express. Features bold red and white floral patterns on a black background. Has a side zipper and small slit in the back. Like new condition. Only worn once. Bought in 2016 for a wedding and have not worn since because I did not have the appropriate occasion.
